Hello my dear friends! Quick thought: our work is tough and the rewards can be big, but what keeps you going when the going gets tough? For me, it's the challenge itself and the learning that comes with it. What about you? What's your real motivation?

Fun. I like to do stuff that is money related, that requires hard work, and is fun and interesting to do.

My real motivation is to learn more. Money to me is a tool in which I can use to get more of what I want, that mostly being of time.

Unironically, whilst I can't literally or even directly buy time, I can delegate what should be my time to another individual willing to do so (the exchange usually having some monetary value), therefore buying time indirectly. With all the time I can get my hands on, I can do shit like spend entire days learning whatever. I kinda wanna get into some book smart stuff and do some artsy stuff in my one life, as well as all the various other things like watching a ton of TV or playing whatever game I want to invest huge amounts of time in.

On a side note, materialistic things don't really interest me. I just couldn't take any of that seriously. Seen a few times users here saying that they spent money on dumb shit like that and how it was all a mistake. Idk if anyone needs to hear it again but maybe think of some other useful things to invest your money into haha.

Every drop counts, The more it hurts the more you get motivated.

My real motivation for my work is that I enjoy working and I love my work. Sometimes when things are bad, I can get very low in morale, but on the other hand, I love my job and that's the important thing because no matter how much money you earn, if you don't love what you do, you will always have problems.

Work should be fun, if it is for you it is like a hobby or pastime and the money is a nice bonus in your entertainment, for me it is

A successful person is always happy and lives a life with all material means. This is my motivation, it forces me to push my boundaries and work hard.
