Exposed: Noxtools.com Refuses Refund and Threatens Users Over Negative Reviews

Hello,
I recently purchased ElevenLabs from Noxtools group buy seo service. From day one, the tool has not been working properly. I requested a refund, but they denied my request. I posted a review about their service on Google Maps, and in response, they blocked my Noxtools account. They are now asking me to delete the review, stating that they will not unblock my account unless I comply.

Please advise me on how I can get a refund.
