Are there any ways to reach a specific audience using FB and IG ads by location. I have the exact address (even building number). The goal to hunt the competitor's employees by showing them my ads. Is this even possible?

I don't think is possible. You can target a country or city but not a building. Following maybe someone know a way

You can target a specific street address, but it let's you target it with the minimum of 1 mile radius.
Click on "Add locations in bulk" and you will see all of the needed options.

I think it is possible, you should choose the address when setting up FB ads, and choose a small radius for more precise targeting

Yeah, you can get pretty precise with FB and IG ads using the location targeting feature. You can drop a pin on a map and set a small radius around the address, but keep in mind the minimum radius is around 1 mile, so it won’t be exact. For targeting a specific building, that’s about as close as you’ll get. It’s not foolproof, but it might work to get your ads in front of competitor employees.

You can't target people by exact address, but you can narrow your audience by location and job title to reach similar people.

Yeah, possible but FB limits exact address targeting now. Closest you get is a 1-mile radius pin-drop around that building. Drop the pin, layer job titles or interests, maybe spy tools like Audience Insights. You won't get only employees, but enough of 'em will see it. It’s stealthy warfare-just gotta optimize tight.

Yes, FB allows radius targeting as small as 1 mile around a specific address.
I've used it before to target staff in corporate HQ buildings — just keep creatives broad to avoid flagging.

You can target ads on Facebook and Instagram by location, but there are limits. Meta’s Ads Manager lets you drop a pin on a map and set a radius (as small as ~1 mile/1 km in most cases). You can also exclude surrounding areas to narrow it further.
