do indexing backlinks still works or not anymore?

If yes which software has better results: Scrapebox or GSA SER?

I don't find it necessary if you work with quality sources. Usually little waiting does the trick.

These software just point potentially dangerous tier 2 spam at your properties from my experience.

Indexing still works, but it's not as reliable as it used to be. The choice between Scrapebox and GSA SER depends on your setup. Scrapebox is good for scraping and basic indexing, but it won't work wonders on its own. GSA SER can give you more volume, but it requires serious customization and high-quality proxies.

tiering still works for indexing backlinks (if thats what you are meaning) but its always better to build links that will index themselves (via internal links, appearing on sitemap etc)

If i can ask you specifically - im webdev, i have up to 100 sites under control, so i can add footer link into each one and then what to do with that? Or better use this pool of client sites for my local service seo?

A bit late to the party but wanted to give some input regarding interlinking all your sites.

Overall Im against it, Im sure there propper ways of doing it and it also depends on the sites you run and how you interlink them.

If you do anything that could piss of google, then I wouldnt do it, because u just make it easy for them to find all your sites and kill them.
If these are your clients and you did the site for them, yea why not add a link back from your website.

As for the overall reason why I wouldnt do it, I have heared cases where ppls portfolios got fucked buy just sitting on the same server and same GSC account. Which compared to interlinking them is harder to find out.

So be careful

indexing backlinks can still help, especially for tiered link building or boosting lower competition keywords but the impact isn't as strong as it used to be.
As for tools
-Scrapebox is great for fast, bulk pings and URL submission.
-GSA SER is more powerful for building links + indexing if set up right.

Some people use both together for better results. Just make sure your backlinks are on quality pages, otherwise, indexing won’t matter much
