How to create a bot or script that would try every 15 minutes to purchase a domain? [Need help]

In my country they have recently started auctioning expired domains. But the domains which won't get auctioned cannot be bought after the auction ends.
It takes anywhere from 1-48 hours since the domain is released and it is quite frustrating and time consuming to check every hour or so if I can buy the domain.
I need to create some kind system, which would auto buy the domain for me. Or atleast something that would test it if the domain could be purchased and would alert me to buy it. Is there some tool or any kind of script I could easily create?
Does anyone has any experience with this?
I could technically purchase the right to register such domain just for 5$ and then buy it. But I have done that few times and since I have raised the bid, I have alerted another members that the domain might be worth something..

I really need to figure this out, because In Last week I have already lost 10 pretty good domains.

You need to see if there's any registrar that has an API that supports your TLD, then it'll be easy to make the script.

Otherwise just use browser automation.

This is the way like domain auctions works at least on GoDaddy and NameCheap. Even you search for good domain without any bids placed before yours you can wail last seconds to auction ends, make you bid and then happened next things: 1) Auction time prolongs for 5 mins 2) 99.9% if domain is cost something ( like many external links or good "PR" ) some person rise your bid in the next second after you do it... and this happened many times where i try to by domain through domain auction...

As about yours first question. Yes, there is soft like ZennoPoster or BAS which can help you automatize routine with monitoring new domains placed at auction. But you need programming skills to implement such functionality for your needs.
