Going to be very hard. You need atleast a few bucks if you want to buy a domain and hosting. Search around the forum and you'll get ideas, but with literally 0$ you will have a hard time.

I used to try things like this in my early days of IM. The isssue with free stuff like freenom domains is that they are very unreliable. I used to redirect them to crakrevenue smartlinks so I know.
This will take just too much time and effort. And if he himself is supposed to create these courses, then he will become self employed instead of being a businessman in the conventional sense. Just saying.
