Posting 2-3 shorts daily and they all get a boost to between 3-500 views, then it just stops. Any tips and ideas?

This is very normal, you have just started uploading videos. Consistency is the key, it usually takes more than 4-5 weeks to see blow ups on videos and this is generally the case. If you see channels getting millions of views or even 100k range views is mostly because of betting methods.

Most channels who get instantly high views purchase a good amount of youtube views along with yt likes, comments and other youtube engagement metrics, this basically pushes your videos to suggestions algo of youtube and then youtube starts it's recommendations.

Just a question related to this - Aren't the views purchased are considered only as External? I've been reading into this (though i'm new in it) but Suggested/Recommended from YouTube views was based on patched method and doesn't work anymore. Is it the case? The number of views on shorts increases very quickly if the content is attractive enough (making them watch it all or watch it again). I think all problems come from content.

Its like random invisible voting. Tiktok showing ur vid to random people i category, and if they watch your entry video or most part then video is pushed to more people like like. If ppl skip your video ten it look like disslike for algoritm.

Ive kept the consistancy posting every day for the last 3 weeks. Slow traffic until 6 days ago when all of a sudden i get 20K+ views a day and gaining 100 subs daily now. One of my videos is about to hit 150k views on the sixth day
