Once you start getting enough subscribers and getting enough consistent views in the 500 range, eventually, you will be able to break through.

This is very normal, you have just started uploading videos. Consistency is the key, it usually takes more than 4-5 weeks to see blow ups on videos and this is generally the case. If you see channels getting millions of views or even 100k range views is mostly because of betting methods.
