Gnews Domains

We are the Gnews Domains team, specialized in acquiring and selling Google News approved domains.

We sell REAL domains / websites approved by Google News, from the old edition (old Partnerdash).

(Read our FAQs bellow to learn all you need to know about Google News websites.)

These domains were added in Google News thanks to the old Partenardash, before the major update in December 2019. Now, the Partnerdash no longer exists. The Publisher Center replaced it, but now domains validated in the Publisher Center are no longer useful: they do not become 'real' Google News websites.

We are selling a lot of different domains: different names, languages, countries, TLDs, history, metrics, etc.

We handle our entire sales process via email, and we send to our customers new domain lists every month, about 50 new Google News old domains approved per month.

Pricing

Because all our Google News old edition approved domains are different, our prices are too.
  • The minimum price is €200.
  • The average price is €800.
  • The maximum price is €5,000.
Since we are based in Estonia, we charge in euros (payment by Escrow, PayPal, wire transfer, or cryptocurrencies).
Each month, we email our customers a list of our new Google News domain names, along with their language and price.

Prices are determined based on the metrics (DA, DR, TF, RD, etc.), historical traffic, domain age, domain name, TLD, language, etc.
To make it simple, there are differences about the language of the domain:
  1. More expensive: English, French, Japanese, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, German
  2. Average: Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Greek, Romanian, Portuguese, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Serbian
  3. Less expensive: Vietnamese, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Thai, Indonesian
However, a Turkish domain with 2000 RD (Referring Domains) and recent traffic will be more expensive than an English website with 1 RD and no past traffic.

Examples of our Gnews domains sold the last month:
  • m*******.at, German, €500
  • i******-**********.eu, French, €1000
  • t*********.com, English, €500
  • p*********.net, English, €1500
  • x*****.com, Chinese, €300

⚠️ Beware of ‘Google News approvers’ scammers

Since December 2019 and the new Google Publisher, it is almost impossible to admit a new website in Google News. And NOBODY can do it for you. The only way is to become a real media, for example with press license, accredited journalists, huge social proof, thousands of big backlinks…
Freelancers who promise a ‘Google News approval service’ are in facts proposing a Google Publisher approval service.
A Google Publisher approval IS NOT a Google News approval. You will not get anything with a Google Publisher approval, it will not change anything for your website: no instant index, no news tab traffic, no more power for your website.

FAQ about our selling process

Can I see the domain names prior to purchasing one?

Yes, of course! We will email you the full list of our Google News old domains, and continue to update you on a monthly basis. You will have the time to check them, but keep in mind that they are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

How do you determine your prices?

Our prices are determined by various factors: metrics (DA, DR, TF, RD, etc.), domain age and history, domain name, extension, language, country, etc. Like regular domain names, there is always a big difference between the cheapest and the most expensive.

Is it possible to have a discount?

There is no discount available. All our Gnews domains are usually sold within 24 hours.

How can I pay?

The transaction can be made on PayPal, Wire transfer, cryptocurrencies, or with a third-party (Escrow.com, Dan, GoDaddy, Nicsell, etc.).

Third-party payments

You can choose any third-party you want, but you must consider that all costs will be paid by you, as an extra. You pay for the domain on Escrow.com, Dan, GoDaddy, Nicsell, or the service of your choice: the service receive and approve your payment, and then they will release the domain to you.

How do you deliver and how much time it takes?

It takes for us less than 24 hours after receiving the payment to proceed either by free push of the domain to your account (if you have an account in the registrar where the domain is currently registered), or by providing you the Auth-Code (EPP), at your convenience.
Right after the transfer, you need to connect the domain to your hosting account, install WordPress (or another CMS) on it, and then start to publish articles to be sure the domain is still indexed in Google News.
We are confident that 95% of the time, this is the case, and the sale is then complete. If the domain does not come back to Google News, even after several articles and several days, a 100% refund will be issued.

What is your refund policy?

Because we can never be 100% sure of anything with Google, we will refund you directly if your site does not appear in the Google News tab.
We will do everything to make your website work in Google News. Unfortunately, if after a few days and several published articles, the site still does not give any results with ‘inurl:domain.com*’, we will refund you within 24 hours after you return the domain to us.

FAQ about our services

Are your domains expired domains?

It depends on the domain. You can check the Wayback Archive or Semrush / Ahrefs to see more about the history of the domain.

How fast are these domains indexed?

Usually, Google News domains are indexed within 1–10 minutes. However, if the domain is not used since a long time, it might take longer for the first few published articles to get indexed, but it will soon resume the typical 1–10 minutes as usual.

How can I restore the appearance of news in the Google News tab?

You need to configure any ‘sitemap news’ plugin on your website, and customize it. Specify the categories of the website that will be included in it and enter the title of the publication (we will provide you the exact title to input).
To speed up the indexing process, submit the sitemap-news.xml on the Google Search Console sitemap tab.
Keep in mind, that a website with www. or without www. are considered distinct websites, and you can not change that (we will provide you the exact website URL to use).

Where can I set up sections to appear on Google News?

After setting up a sitemap-news.xml, there is no need to set up any sections, Google will autonomously categorize and index your content.

Can I add my website in the new Google Publisher Center?

It is possible that the website will stop showing in the Google News tab by doing so, especially because your website will have to be approved again manually again. Since there are no advantages to be included in this new Google Publisher, we advise you to not try.

Can I add my website to the old Partnerdash?

No, nobody can do it, since Partnerdash no longer exists.

How can I verify if my website was added in the old Partnerdash?

The only way is to see the website appear in the Google News tab (section) by using the operator inurl:domain.com* (do not forget the ‘*’). If you check with ‘site:’, it will not be reliable because this operator shows both new websites added a few weeks ago to the Publisher Center and old websites added to the old Partnerdash many years ago.
You will also be able to see your articles in the Google News tab (do not forget to use Google in the same language as your website) or on news.google.com, by searching for the title of your article.

Can you provide the email used when the website was added in Google News?

Google does not link your website to any email address. In the old Partnerdash, you saw a website that was added to Google Search Console. You deleted the website from Google Search Console, and it was not removed from the Partnerdash, there was no binding, the website could be at the same time in different Google Search Console and Partnerdash. It did not matter from which account the request to add to the Partnerdash was sent.

Will news in a different language appear on the Google News tab?

No, the news that appears is specific to the website's original language. For instance, if the website was originally added in Spanish, then only news in Spanish will be displayed. If English news is added to a French website, it will not appear on Google News.

Could my Mexican Spanish website (.mx) rank in Spain or Argentina?

Yes, it is possible! Just like in the classic Google SERP, the results are displayed more based on language than country.
  • A French .ca (Canada) website can rank in France or in Morocco.
  • A Portuguese .pt domain can rank in Brazil.
  • A .co.uk domain can rank in the United States or India, etc.
To be precise, the TLD does not matter. You should look at the history of the domain with the Wayback Archive or Semrush / Ahrefs to see in which languages and/or countries the domain ranked.
For example, if a .com domain had 99% of its traffic in India, it will be easier to rank with it in India than in other English-speaking countries, but it is still entirely possible.

Can I rank in Google Top Stories or Google News Headlines with your domains?

Yes and no! All our domains vary, and having a Google News approved domain only is not enough to pretend to be displayed in the Google Top Stories.
Only the top Google News websites are displayed there. Therefore, you should either buy a Gnews domain name with a lot of backlinks already and a good history or work on improving your Google News website before, just as you would with a normal website to rank first.

Will you help me to set up my Google News domain?

Certainly! We provide all our clients a list of the good practices to follow in order to launch your Google News website. We are of course available, before and/or after the sale, to assist with all your questions, whether by email or Skype.

FAQ about Google News

How can I identify a Google News website?

Identifying a Google News site is possible with the operator inurl:domain.com*. The asterisk (*) at the end is important since 2023.
Example:
Identifying a Google News site is possible with the operator inurl:domain.com*.

This is the only way to be sure a website is actually included in Google News (forget about ‘site:’ or other operators).

To determine if the website is included in Google News AND if it ranks well, search for the exact title (or part of it) of a recent article published on the site.

What are the differences between an old Google News website and a new Google News website?

Currently, there are a new and an old edition of Google News domains. The old edition appears when you search for a domain name in the Google News tab. The new edition domains only appear when you search like this: ‘site:domain.com’.
Old edition domains were added in the Partnerdash, but the Partnerdash does no longer exist. In December 2019, Google removed that one.
New edition domains are now added in the Google Publisher Center.
The new edition domains does not give any news traffic or advantages. That is why the old edition Gnews domains are expensive: they are very rare. These domains are instantly indexed and, depending on the quality and the subject of the articles, give traffic.

New edition

actutoro.fr is a new edition French Google News website.
  • You can find it here on the Google News tab, but only by using ‘site:actutoro.fr’.
  • You can find it here on the news.google.com site (French version), or also by using ‘site:actutoro.fr’.
But if you look for the exact domain name, like here, or by using ‘inurl:actutoro.fr*’, like here, you will not find anything.
Why is it useless? Do you REALLY think real users are going on these links, or are doing these researches? The answer is no, obviously. This proves why new edition Google News websites offer no benefits or user visits.

Old edition

vakinha.com.br is an old edition Portuguese Google News website.
  • You can find it here on the Google News tab (site:vakinha.com.br), but also here, by using only ‘vakinha.com.br’.
  • You can find it here on the news.google.com site (Portuguese version), or also by using ‘site:vakinha.com.br’, but first of all here, by using ‘inurl:vakinha.com.br*’ (do not forget the ‘*’).
ONLY old edition Google News websites will appear when you are searching for ‘inurl:domain.com*’.

How to find a Google News approved old domain?

Nowadays, it is very hard to be on Google News, because getting approved via the Google Publisher does not guarantee your news to be shown on the news section of Google News.
We have implemented identification methods that only we know, in order to know 99% of the time whether an old domain is validated in Google News-approved.
Alternatively, you can try your luck on Google News domains at auction with articles still indexed, for example on DropCatch.com, but these often end up at over €10,000.

How to make a website become Google News approved?

In 2024, it is almost impossible. You can appear on Google News without even applying or getting approved by this new Publisher Center. But your website should be fully genuine and definitely not AI, PBN, or a side hustle blog.
Only a few dozen websites enter in Google News every year, and in each country. These are usually authentic media outlets with press licenses, journalists, significant social proof, etc.

How can I benefit from a Google News-approved domain?

Domain names on Google News can be more valuable than other domains, because they are more likely to receive traffic due to the Google algorithm.

News traffic and organic backlinks

The good practice is to focus on building out the website and benefiting from the natural increase in news traffic, and get organic backlinks from other news website.

Google Discover traffic

With a Google News website, it will be easy to get into Google Discover and generating more traffic there.

With a Google News website, it will be easy to get into Google Discover and generating more traffic there.

Indexing other websites

You can also use a Google News website to help another website for instant indexation. By linking another website page from one of your GNews website’s article, you can index this page almost immediately.

Posting news for brands & advertisers

GNews websites are the most popular for PR advertisers and reputation management.

Conventional methods

You could also sell links, using AdSense, or affiliate offers such as Amazon.

Can a website stop ranking in the Google News tab?

Yes, a website may stop ranking if you violate the Google News Guidelines, or post low quality (AI) content, suspicious links, adult content, or any other illegal content. However, this is rarely seen and usually due to severe and flagrant breaches of Google News rules.
