I would like some advice as to whether or not it is legal to sell replica watches, sunglasses, handbags etc from the UK? I would create my own site so I wouldn't be doing it through Ebay. So basically, does anyone know the laws concerning selling replicas?

yup offshore hosting is good enough. and if u are really not secure, get bulletproof hosting.

for domain, go use a VCC to buy it.
