I hope you can help with dispute with @GoSocial

Contacted him about a week ago as I saw his reply on one of discussion in this forum. Decided to try 1 of his service. He never delivered the account and said would refund me on Monday. Yet he deleted the whole thing on skype. Please find attached proof of conversation (Well you can see its one way chat because he removed his chats, but you can see on one screenshots that replied to me previously.)

I tried to confront him via forum message but he didn't acknowledge it was him, which clearly is a scam in my opinion.

Information For The Accused
@GoSocial - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. I got scammed today by this guy @GoSocial for $200, I bought a Bing account and he messaged me in PM and blocked me today on his telegram.

I think this guy doesnt have any good will to resolve this problems. Asked my friend to try to chat him via tg, he still responded.

This guy also promised to create a Google Workspace account and received $200. It's been 6 days, and he is still silent and hasn't done anything...
Unfortunately, I didn't save the chat history because I thought a seller with such a rating would be trustworthy.
It's surprising that someone with such a reputation decided to scam everyone.
P.S. I decided to check how many accounts from this forum could be found in my friend's leak database, and over 5,000 records were found. Maybe the forum administration should regularly check and block such entries. Also, I couldn't find whether there is a financial escrow service available on the forum?

Escrow.com is a decent service.

It might be something the owner pursues in the future, and I think it would be a good idea, but a pure escrow service is not on the table right now as far as I know.

Define 'reputation'.
It's an old account, but he's got only 350 posts, most of which are in the HAF/WTB sections.
