Summary of Dispute:
I paid 300$ for telegram scrapping and a aged group. He was very slow in the answer but he provided a group with 1000 fake members ver low quality. The stopped answering for at least a week. When I asked him about it he answered every 10 messages I sent. Then recently deleted our conversation and didn't delivered the scrapped members.
