blogger.com sites for micro niches?

hello,

I have MNF and i found some good long tail keywords that generate about 1000 exact searches per month. Now these are niches i have no interest in but i want to see if I can dominate them. I am good at SEO so no issues on getting them ranked.

Now i dont want to spend money on .coms orgs and nets. I think that is unnecessay.

Wanted to see if BLOGGER.com sites were good enough to get them ranked?

So... you are good at SEO but do not want to play the game long term?

Seriously, if you own the domain you can't lose the domain... if you allow someone else to own the domain, you could lose it.

Spend the couple of dollars and buy your own domain.

BassTrackerBoats is absolutely right, if you're looking to secure a long term income from any of these niches, you might as well secure the one thing any competitors need to compete with you (domain names).

I read in a thread just the other day that if you find a good niche and are earning decent money from it: then it generally pays to by all the major domains (com, org, info) so that should a competitor stumble across your profitable niche, with the main domains taken, they are likely to move on.

Seems silly to potentially waste the time you spent researching just to have a competitor knock you out when you actually got there first.

I have blogger blogs that are over five years old so I have never had a problem, the people who get them took down is because google will say spam blog replay or they will delet your blog so if you dont respond with in so much time they will delet it, but I would suggest you just using WordPress and buy a .com but you should buy when godaddy has coupons for $.99 domains !
