Welcome to BHW, it's indeed a bit confusing for people from non-English-speaking countries like me.
My initial tip was to follow the old users who have been around for 2-3 years. If they don't post similar content anywhere, I don't do it, if they post something similar to what I want to post somewhere, I post it there
I've also violated a few times because I didn't understand the description and rules when translating it into my language, but the Moderators were very kind to help me after warning me about my mistake. Everyone has a chance to do something they don't know, just remember to overcome the mistake
