Haven't used personally, but have heard of them. I think both have built-in hosting solutions but with webflow you can also host elsewhere if you want to

You can use Jimdo, Hubspot, etc too. And if your purpose is just to create simple service website that is responsive and good looking then it is not necessary to use AI tools even as this can be accomplished with simple themes/plugins in wordpress, wix and you won't need to code anything.
