its alright i already ordered the pro plan but so far i cant use most of the features like for example like the plugin Modula, even tho i installed the pro version from the GPL Cellar it still not letting me use pro features.

Pushing an update for Modula. The different GPL Cellar plans have nothing to do with features of pro plugins working or not. What likely happened, at some point the non-activated version of the plugin was pushed out, or their developer changed how their pro features are accessed which we haven't accounted for yet. The new version of Modula I'm pushing out should solve your problems. Let me know.
