I published it in August and it was approved in 4 days, now it is 7 days but there is no response from anyone, including the support team. As you say, there may be a problem

Then delete your old one and create a new ad. Its possible that a Telegram staff has ignored your request. By creating a new ad, another staff will need to see it. Do this until you get a response. It shouldnt take as long as 13 days or longer.
