Does $1 "Trap" clickbank offers still work?

Most people are smart enough to spot these. Less conversions and thus less earnings.
ok. I understand now that's not lucrative nowdays.
but for other low values like $6.99 or $9.99 people still are cheap as hell.
conversion rate per visitors even for very good products on Clickbank it's between 0.4% - 0.7%. I can't hide this facts.....

It means I have to promote to 250 people from USA or Canada to 1 eventually purchase my product.

Is this normal nowdays?.

It's more than 250 as that's only the people who actually click the link.

But for those that click the link on Warrior, if it's anywhere near 1% that's very good.

They clearly bullshit on their offers page where they display the product's overall conversion rate including refund rate. I imagine CB do the same.

I would assume that there are still many who would come across such offers for the first time in their online journey and a bunch of them would take the bait.

This isn't like the OP, but I've seen offers where the first product is like $17, so cheap, and then there's plenty of follow up products to earn off.

Yes I mean in average, after receiving 250 link clicks I eventually got 1 sale.
Some products that cost $99 I have to receive 2000 link clicks to get 1 sale.
So its not easy sell clickbank products nowdays.

Some people here in forum also claim that are made fortunes in buy and sell domains on Flippa. That another BS. They barely sell domains and most of the times its very hard find people to buy the domains listed in the Flippa. people dont give a shit about good domains for sell in Flippa or in Reddit nowdays.. its a dead business.

you can even build $0.1 CTC landing page, as long as a customer submit their card info. You can have great ROI in this way.

A profitable legal scam:anyway:
it's a "NFI" business so only people with resources from EUrope and United States can get profit with this kind of products. Its not for everyone!

The $1 ‘trap’ offers might have worked in the past, but it’s a risky strategy now. It’s important to be honest with customers and build trust. Deceptive tactics can harm your reputation and business in the long run. Focus on providing real value to customers, not just quick profits.

yes you right

In internet marketing, strategies such as low-entry-cost offers (like the $1 ClickBank trials) have traditionally been a way to lower the barrier for new customers, with the goal of converting them to higher-value subscriptions. While these can sometimes yield short-term gains, the landscape has shifted toward transparency and value-oriented marketing, especially with growing consumer awareness and scrutiny.

To achieve sustainable success today, marketers are increasingly focusing on building trust and offering clear, high-value propositions right from the outset. Instead of relying on "trap" offers, which may create friction or erode trust, consider enhancing the value of your initial offer to provide tangible benefits upfront. This can mean creating a clear, engaging pathway for customers to understand the full value they will receive if they continue with the service or product. This not only improves retention but can also lead to higher referral rates and customer loyalty over time.

If you’re experimenting with lower entry-cost offers, ensure transparency about future charges and emphasize the additional value customers will gain. This aligns with best practices in customer acquisition and can strengthen your brand's reputation in the long term.
