Got $3,500 stuck on my Paypal, need help

Hey, long story short I bought a verified paypal account (probably smth fake) and I received 3.5K in a 3 weeks period of time. Now I am limited for a long time, with this message:
Submit information to access your money. To continue to have access to your money, you'll need to submit the information we've requsted.
I cannot verify, the seller of the acc vanished. how do I withdraw my money? Last time I accepted money there was a long time ago (5 months) thought it would disappear by now. Would appreciate any help.

Money frozen by paypal is almost impossible to get back, especially if your account is still purchased, admit defeat. In the future, if you are involved in unorthodox industries, use virtual coins, and if you are in an official industry, use stripe.

Your best bet might be to try to appeal directly to PayPal.

You could explain the situation (without admitting you bought the account!) and see if there’s any way to resolve the limitation.

Sometimes they’ll work with you if you can prove that the funds are legit and you aren’t engaging in fraud.

Be prepared for anything and accept whatever comes your way.

You have nothing to lose at this point, so it's worth reaching out and talking to them.

The chances of recovering your account and funds in this case are very low, especially since the seller has disappeared. Have you contacted PayPal support?

What payment platforms aren't as hostile as PayPal? I heard Payoneer was pretty bad too. Kinda hard to find something both mainstream and relaxed. Need a what telegram is to whatsapp equivalent for payments lmao.

As others have mentioned your only best bet is to contact PayPal and come up with a good story.
But in 99% of the cases , you should consider that money is gone and move on with your life.

What docs are they asking for? If it's ID then you could send them a photoshopped one. idk if it still works but it used to before. (I haven't used Paypal in years now.) Any other doc would need to be photoshopped as well. Or you could try talking with them, but I honestly doubt that'll work.

The money is most likely gone, I have extensive experience with Stealth PayPals.
If EU limits aren't removed, you can try submitting fake docs that match the account details - success rates are still fairly high 80% or so.
If you don't have the mobile number or full details including DOB though, you've 100% lost the money.
PayPal will NOT under ANY circumstances cooperate with you if you tell them it's a stealth account, period.

Waiting 6 months without providing them the details they requested also does NOT work. Limitation will remain in place- they will contact you telling you the money is available for withdrawal after you complete the steps they've requested already.

They enable you to spread your risk across multiple accounts, knowing you will lose accounts along the way (+ any money in them).
Also ideal if you deal in grey/black niches and you want anonymity.
Passing Verification / EU Limits is still pretty easy.
I use them for these reasons and cash out via an exchange partner for Crypto, fees for this vary.

Depending on the business you running if you receive fraud funds or not. If you receive black hat funds its better to use a stealth account. But if you are running a legit business then go for your own PayPal account incase for the verification process.
