Backlinks from Google country pages?

Hello, guys. The following is an SS of a backlink opportunity check I ran through Ubersuggest for a company in Sri Lanka. As you see in here they have HIgh DA backlinks from Google country pages. Can any of you explain how to do this?

You just need to change the url in the query string to the one you want to attempt to manipulate.
However your time is much better spent doing literally anything else.

Do not use those redirects.
It's pure spam to inflate DA and it's a very old tactic.
It'll do more harm than good.

The links were used in the past to artificially inflate MOZ DA metric. Nowadays, it doesn't work anymore because MOZ updated their system. No point in doing this anymore, infact it can have some negative effects.

Your website's backlink profile will look totally ugly. On top of that if Google finds these links pointing to your website you may receive an algorithmic penalty tanking the site for a long time.

Tldr: It's totally useless, don't do it.
