Hello forum, I am encountering an issue. For the past 4 days, whenever I create a new Google Ads account, I get an error about suspicious payment activity, even though I have changed all the Gmail sources, IPs, and devices. It still happens. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

You should be using a personal account. This is a common problem with this kind of account, but this will not happen with business accounts.

Since personal accounts are bound to their own payment methods, Google will detect your payment method, which is why this problem occurs.

Select Billing country and Currency then press continue. If there is no continue line, do not select and soak the account in this step.
I also have a method to overcome the limit of 2$ per day, please verify your account identity, after 3 days of running 2$ per day, on the 4th day it will be removed

Why don’t you try using an anti-detect browser? It’s possible that Google has detected your IP too many times on the same or multiple devices, leading to your accounts being flagged. Using a spoofing browser is a good idea—I think you should give it a try
