Duplicating your blog post as a Twitter and Medium Article

My question for the pros on here, should you duplicate your post for twitter and medium for more organic reach? I've got some followers on twitter, and my organic medium ranks pretty high, but I'm not sure whether it will be a postive or negative impact for SEO. Twitter isn't really indexed, but in terms of medium, I've heard that duplicating content negatively impacts SEO. Is that true, and has anyone had any experience copying your writing as an organic blogger?

Not on medium it will screw up your site as medium will rank your site article will not.
Now you can duplicate a few para of it along with the featured image with a link at the bottom or even rewrite those 2 paras and post on medium. Use a plugin that will do all that.
Twitter, I am not sure , I know twitter articles and long tweets don't rank. So should be okay.
