When I opened the Adsense payment troubleshooter, it said this:

Hello, currently facing the same issue, did you later receive your payment from Adsense?

That looks like they are investigating your account for invalid clicks. There systems probably think your gaining clicks the wrong way!

Not personally, but know someone who has. rarely speak to them anymore, but i can ask them for the outcome for you and see if they get back to me,

Were you successful in getting a payout? Or in the end your account was blocked and the whole amount was debited?
I have 5 accounts myself, where I got frozen because of wrong clicks on my sites. Usually, was blocked and paid out in 30 days, but already waiting > 2 months.

My payment was later released on the 28th of that month. My account is still okay
