one flaw- How the fuck are you going to get their email address from their IP address?? The ISPs will definitely not release that information to you.
Why did nobody think of that earlier? Ha. Puts this method out then!
I did say this a few posts up genius![]()
Trust me, there is no way in hell some Joe Schmoe is going to get an address from an ISP, what on earth would say? The only reason copyright organisations do is because they have a big legal team and have the authority to request it.

this method is shady, personally I would not do it. But if you'll do it watch out also. Someone might actually sue you for sending fake ones![]()
True. However if you have a sign up form with name and email address...is there a way to include a registration form in an ebook or program in order to run it? You'd be surprised what type of information "Joe Schmoe" gives up without thinking.
You're thinking in too technical terms, what we need is some good old fashioned social interaction.
umm have u heard of a keylogger b 4? thats how![]()
So, first you will have to get them to download some kind of copyright content.
Secondly, in order to ensure that the same user who downloads the copyrighted content gets the keylogger, you will need to bind the keylogger with the copyright content.
After (1) and (2), you will then have to sit down and wait for the user to somehow type in their email address so that you can email them.
FAIL method.
Come on guys this is totally out of order. Taking $1,500 off some people could really screw their lives up, not to mention the worry it is going to cause them.
I dont want to sound high-and-mighty, but I think it needs to be said.

Your best bet is to get a 100million list, either bought or scraped, and randomly email all of them saying their IP address has been logged as they were downloading some copyrighted crap, and pretending to be a law firm, list down all the major software providers which you will claim you represent in another link in the email and get them to pay a couple of hundred bucks to settle the claim through a webpage with a merchant account.
It's will turn out to be nothing more than another Nigerian Scam, although you will get a higher conversion rate depending on your letter... and your merchant account will likely to be canned after a few months, although you can find some shady ones if you're smart enough...
Just another Nigerian Scam in the making IMHO.
Agreed. If I was actually planning on doing this I wouldn't post it on here.
dont make it sound so difficult because its not.... in fact it happens all day long
anyways how come no one mentioned just having this website offshore that accepts payments?? If your in the right location...I cant imagine someone coming after you...
accepting payments might be the hardest part
firstly you'd have to use php to grab there ip address (very simple code to do and it will log there ip address)
as for an email address that would be more difficult you would have to use illicit tools which im not going to explain how on here
