So that I understand what you are selling, if I purchase an account, it is an up and running AWS account with the $ amounts as credits, and I would be able to use that credit to spend with AWS, just as if I had made a payment to AWS? Also, does the credit expire at some point in time?

Credit Will be Expired After 2 Years. And then you can add your own card to aws and continue use same aws account if required.
