so i found an interesting aged domain with DA 44 and PA 33 , DR 16 and UR 1.1 with backlinks 450 and ref domain 200, and the ref domain is good ( look at my screenshot ) , and also the most important thing for me is that still indexed and has ongoing traffic. But the real problem is i check the spam score kinda high around 57-60 . what you guys think??

no, it's not! Spam score is a garbage metric invented by MOZ and google doesn't give a shit about it, please stop lying to people!
If the content history is clean (no niche changes / pharma / gambling / adult / warez / etc content) and the anchor texts are safe I think the domain is good and you should go for it.

2). Spam anchor text
3). Whether the domain has 301 redirect history (except it was 301 redirected to gambling/porn sites)
What DOES matter:
1). Whether it was abused by other gambling/porn sites, check this in wayback machine.
2). Whether has backlinks from authority sites.
3). Whether has organic traffic, not must, but preferred.
4). Restaurant/Food domain works best for ID/TH gambling projects, but other niche domains work as well.

I acquired the domain through the Wayback Machine, and it appears to have been an art gallery from an artist. It seems legitimate, and the niche has consistently been about art from the early 2000s until now, so I think it's fine.
I’ve already secured referring domains (RD) from high-quality and credible websites like Wikipedia, BBC, and others, which we know are authoritative sources.
That’s the issue. I haven’t found any sketchy or harmful content or practices on the site, and the backlinks seem fine—nothing appears spammy. However, I’m unsure why the spam score is still really high.
The domain ranks in the top 3 for 1 keyword, and the traffic has been consistent. That’s why I like this domain.
Some people say that a spam score over 10 is a red flag, while others think it’s not a big deal.
