Some buying shoutouts on Fiverr. if you want a specific account to shoutout you you might need to reply to him and hope he will see your reply so he can contact you

One question: Is it still against Twitter's rules to sell shoutouts, retweets etc?

I know at one point it was against the terms, but this was before Musk took over.
