Nope. I don’t do anything black-hat honestly. Appointment setting and Public relations mostly.
So don’t think anything would go wrong with showing my face or revealing my name. As these are already available on multiple public domains.

Not sure about others but although I am known by some users from here by my real name, I would still like to keep it separate from an open forum.
At the very least people could open a fake telegram or WhatsApp by my name, and scam other users from here. It can get even worse.
That’s why I don’t share my contact/personal info in open forum atleast.

This is simply a platform used to seek cooperation with each other, it has the nature of exchanging benefits, instead of another platform such as Facebook, they share other everyday moments and memories in their lives. so here they don't necessarily need to reveal their face or real name.

For me, I have no need to turn back.
I used the name and photo at the very beginning of our business and some of our clients were following us privately. If I change then they may not find me.
But privately everyone knows I'm a guy and to be honest we are here to do business, not to date and talk about love. No one cares who you are. Only cares about your product.
But the current photo and name does give us some sense of professionalism and at the very least looks the part.
There is a chance that people will wave to us for the first time through our photo and name.
Imagine who would remember me if I changed my name to “IHasAYacht”...

Why is it high school? On LinkedIn business professionals use their real face and name. It's considered more trustworthy. Even coaches who teach Instagram DM outreach say to use a real picture, proper bio to achieve better open rates
I understand the professionalism part, but why a photo of a woman?
I know OSINT (open source intelligence) is a thing, but is that possible with just a single photo?

a photo is all you need. it works with much less already to identify people...
Look, i'll be honest... if nothing else, it's because blackhat is not, and never has been held in high esteem. Even though it used to work really well from what i've seen and heard of.
For example, without commenting on whether it's true or not, let's imagine something like Martin Lewis's 'Moneysavingexpert' admitted to have been using blackhat SEO and other such tricks back in the day to build up a business that is now worth over $150 million USD do you think people would look at it the same way?
There's a reason all the SEO gurus haven't been plastering their faces all over here like they have everywhere.
If you want to get to know people to work with you can, lots of people know each other here, online and even in real life, but they do so in private over DMs and off-site.

Plenty of stupid people (even more prior to the acquisition decades ago)
I seen (and was given) plently of threats throughout of my years here and they all rooted from stupidity & pettiness, espically when deals don't "work out" or when businesses fall out.
