i can't give u specific page because i don't remember the page number...
but it is on page where you can see the pricing details of your purchase...

there's a box on the top content of the page that list your order details like name of domain, length of purchase in year, recurring or not (not if u pick manual renew), the price and the total price...

there is a blank box right below the above box...u can put your coupon on that blank box and press update price...then the page will be refreshed and u will see the same page again with new price details base on what coupon u use...

if you use paypal for this coupon, you will see coupon price on this page, but after u put verifying code for payment later, error notice will appear stated that u this price only available for cc...
