It says recurring. Does this mean they're going to keep charging me every month or so until they get the whole 10$? Or what is that about?
 
I've tried this yesterday and it don't work using paypal.

haven't tested the coupon but if it works for you then
recurring means every year
first year you will be charged 99 cents and for the following years it will charge you 10$ renewal charges every year until you cancel the domain
