What are the best T1 to create now on 2024 to, later, send backlinks?

In the past I tried with PBN (cheap expired domains or new keyword rich domains) and also parasites (web 2.0), later all powered with contextual links, but generally I got poor results.

At the moment I can't invest money on guest posts or niche edit links.

If you can't invest, you're not going to get solid links most of the time,
You could still get decent links from forums, niche relevant parasites/platforms (not web 2s),
and probably blog comments with a few selected geniune websites, low obl and manually made,

These should be enough to give your website a little push and rank for low diffuculty keywords,
Any decent keywords will usually require some investement

For best T1 links, you're looking at $$$
Invest aggressively into low competition KWs. That'll give you an edge.

Past years I have bought from this forum thousands of dollars of niche edit links and a some less gues post ($100-300 each link). After one year most of these expensive links has been deleted, the warranty was valid only for a few months.
I had much better results the years before, buying seo packages of links, something that now in 2024 is not working anymore.
That's why now I want to re-start with less investiments.

If you want to do links without investment, you need to create content that generates them automatically.

Best example would be controversial viral content we see all over that place, that doesn't need link-building.

You have to invest to gain something otherwise you won't be able to sustain.

Just invest on a quality domain closely related to your niche from auctions or a good domain seller/vendor.

The domain needs to be aged & have some of it's pages indexed in google.

And don't judge a domain based on seo metrics do a proper 360 degree audit to se if it's really a powerful domain.

This is exactly right.

You need to really invest money to create great tier one links to your money website. If you're on a budget, you can think
about link diversity using parasite pages that you build Tier 2 links too.

If you want to put in a lot of manual work, reverse engineer the anchor text of your competitors and see if you can do blogger outreach on those websites.
