Well the channels I lost wasn't created by me, so maybe that's the difference. But you should try using an anti-detect browser. You should be good.

I did ctrl+f and nothing shows up with monetized (message is too long)
If you are not even monetized, why do you care, unless you have good traffic on the channel I guess.

Try to make money with whatever is bringing up traffic that you have. Not an option? then start from scratch but get a new AdSense attached to this channel. If you don't like this, then legally fight for the reinstating of your channel (assuming it was not some blatant copyright violation thing or something). Those are your options.

What is the content?
if the content goes against the TOS, then obviously don't use it
If you think youtube is discriminating against you because the content is being allowed in other channels but in yours isn't (the roblox hacking thing) then what can I tell you? YT is not fair, it is a mafia, they do nothing against that if they are bringing them good money from reputable channels. If you think they are discriminating and really want to push this, then (and this is not legal advice) you need to escalate to the legal team. If you think this content is not worth doing that, then that's it, what other options would you have?
If you mean reuploading the content that was 100% within TOS, then I don't know. Try to modify it a bit I guess. There's always some risk I would imagine. You never know with Google's bs.

My content wont get pushed a lot? Oh I didn't know that would happen. So you think it's safer to make a new account with new browser?
