software developer looking for ways to make money

im a full stack dev, i know JavaScript, i use a serveless backend like Google firebase. I've been freelancing and making simple websites.
It's really hard to get a job in software right now so im looking for other ways to make money.

I can pretty much build anything at this point, if you have any app ideas you wish existed, i'd like to hear about it. I want to build something with AI as well but i dont really have ideas.

i want to talk to people in HVAC and build them some kind of software as well.

yeah but coming up with a great idea is hard.
I recently made a pokemon like app for NFTs, but its still in the works, although NFTs are pretty much dead.

Man stop wasting your time with that NFT BS, build some automation software. For example, a software that could use some social media platform like tinder, and send your adult affiliate link in messages. This is how you make money in internet marketing with your skills. Not with some non-sense NFT app.

yeah thats why i stopped developing it, NFT are dead.
but thats interesting , i'm going to look into something like that. I feel like someone has bots for that already.

The point is not whether or not someone has a bot like it already. You will use the bot to make money yourself, stop looking at it from perspective to sell your bot.

how ? I'm making okay money just building websites for businesses, but it's not enough to quit my job. I know for a fact that i have enough skills to build something cool. I just need an idea to fully execute. It seems like automation is the way to go.

i feel like owners of HVAC companies need niche software apps to keep track of the company and employees that only they would know about.

for example my first big project was for this painting company i was working for, he wanted a clock in app that let users clock in with their location on and an image because the way they would do it is by texting the owner at the end of the day how much they worked and everyone was pretty much lying
