Strating brand new instagram page

i have just created a new Instagram account , i'm planing on creating money making related content i don't have much experience in this domain but i do have a lot of experience in coding/development don't know if that could come handy at some point.., i'm planing on crating my content using canva and using related hashtags to the posts also re-uploads for reels of course always related to money making niche , now since i basically don't really have a clue of what i'm doing i would like some advice on how to get this thing started correctly and some good tools to schedule posting and such. from what i gathered here in the forum and on the net these seem to be the most to do :

1. Consistent posting at least once a day.
2. Stick to a niche.
3. Have quality content.
4. Having distinct colors and logo.

there are also stuff that i'v read but did not really found any proof of :

1. Posting from the PC gets less reach
2. Some hashtags get shadow bans ( specially money related stuff ) and re-uploads of reels.

What is you main goal with this money-making related page? This could be important.

well i would like to grow it following not just have followers but actual fans that would interacts with my content , at some point i will probably do paid shutouts to make money and advertise some service/apps of mine there.

The best option is to observe what content your competitors are publishing and which videos are doing better and do something similar.
