Dude, it is weekend and Saturday, people don´t work 24/7 relax. Why does everyone demands 24/7 service, get real people hopefully got a life to, not just working.

If monday you dont recived your product / Open thread - Dispute Resolution - Detail your transaction - post proof of payment and him/she will be punished.
