Hey DW,

No no truth at all. You have to be self hosted though, for sure.

Hope that helps, I'll run over there and make a comment too. Thanks for the tip.

There is a rumor that BlogSense requires a hosting account provided by you? I did not see any such requirement on this thread or on your site about that. Is there any truth in it?

Here is the thread:

Does blogsense use most the web hosting cpu resources because i get email warning from justhost web hosting when i install wprobot on it? Can you recommend which web hosting to be use? Thanks

So far as long as I've been in business I haven't had any customers complain about this. So I'm thinking that using a cronjob focuses all the processing activity into that time when it's running, where as wprobot works on wordpress's pseudo cronjob, which is activated whenever a visitor visits the blog.

After the trial period would it be possible to switch to the lifetime license?

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that for the next 15 days I'm trying a first month 1.00 trial to try and get a good bit of new users to take the new files out on a spin. There's tons of improvements, and tons of good new features not yet mentioned on this thread. Will post an official new version update on Tuesday (day of album releases :D ). But for now you are invited to trial this product. Which is in many ways stronger than the many known alternatives out there. Hopefully you will come back and give your exprience feedback!

HI man, When I can get the 1.00 trial as you said ?

thank you

Hi Hudson / Adbox

this sounds pretty awesome, currently I am running WPROBOT 3.06 and its not bad, I would'nt mind putting a similar niche blog out running blogsense and seeing how it goes, only thing I hear is blogsense is slightly more detailed to learn.

Can you confirm if I try choose the monthly option will be able to cancel that and switch to the lifetime option and have my monthly payment used as a discount?

I would'nt mind getting this now but I am going to be away for three weeks so need probably 2 months to really test it out.

Cheers

PS: also can you pm me your amazon project sites you mentioned.

Hola,

I can confirm your right. If you come on monthly, when you cancel you are automatically offered a license at a discount.

Whoa nice speedy reply, I have been reading through your site and it seems you guys are pretty committed to excellent cust. service.

Just a couple more questions.

1. If I go monthly for 2 months to test it out ie: $20, then will I be able to upgrade to unlimited for $75. ie $95 lifetime license less months paid already ($95 - 2 X $10 = $75), or is it a flat discount offer when switching?

2. Thanks for sending the pm with your amazon sites it seemed to have a couple of errors. When I clicked on the first post it gave the following error.

Code:
This webpage has a redirect loop.

The webpage at http://www.xxxxxxxxxxx.com/Manfrotto-234RC-Monopod-Head-Quick-Release-Replaces-3229/ has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

xxxxx's replaced of course, I also noted on a couple of posts, this first one included, it shows the Amazon Buy button linking directly out to Amazon with no cloaking, is that just a setup error when defining parameters etc?

And finally when choosing the self hosting img options which I like from a SEO POV is it possible to have the links be clickable to the actual post or the amazon sales page and not just the img file?

cheers

Heya,

1. is correct. You can get up to 20$ discount but no further. This is how the automation is setup.

2. I'm seeing that too. The site isnt over a day old, and I'm thinking it's a wordpress 3.0 error. I'm going to have to investigate it, but there is no hurry on my side (no users reporting similar errors).

3. It is possible, but I'm not possitive I want images to link directly to amazon products, although I have thought of it. Right now, on the full posts, there are images that link to their larger image coutnerparts and buy now links at the bottom of posts. It could be that both image and buy now link go to amazon, but as I said, I'm not sure that is the best choice right now. If you join up your welcome to make a feature request and it could be impleneted in short time.

headig out for the night,
gnight

1.New content spinning technology. This has been in the works and is 80% complete. This will make BlogSense the best web-based spinner available, replacing the language-to-language method with something far better in terms of readability.

Is it auto ? or we must write it

This feature is installed already. Its auto. But it only works with English. It uses the same technology as best spinner api, except it may not be as good as best spinner.

It will spin content 15% and preserve readability almost 100%.

Do you mean I can use the Drop Posting module, and put in tons of plr article or ez article.

and just turn the Spin Text: on

and the blogsense will auto rewrite the article and post it timing.

amazing

Yep your on it.

You got my attention. Few questions.

1. Do you support WP 3.0 and MU?

2. Is there any possibility in the future to integrate TBS via their API directly into this? I know you currently have something similar, but as you have stated yourself, not as good. :)

3. Is it possible to scrape content and convert any internal links that might be in the content into local tag search links? Take for example wikipedia has on average around 10-20 internal links per page to various other pages. Instead of those links continuing to point ot wikipedia, it could rewrite URLs to internal tag search URLs within WP. Even better if it could take those internal link keywords and add them as a tag to the post as well. Possible?

4. The licensing is for personal use of how ever many blogs I got right? So if I setup 50 blogs using blogsense I am covered with my $95 lifetime license correct?

5. Will this work ok with other WP plugins like the Ultimate SEO plugin, or W3 Total Cache?

6. When will you have support for Amazon ca fr and uk?

7. In your Amazon video, you didn't show the individual post, or what happens with the comments. I am curious if we can select what elements of data from Amazon we want to post?

These are just some of my initial questions. I will be looking closer at this later and will be awaiting your answers.

Thanks.

Ok.. have had some time to review more from your site about this product. Few other questions:

8. Can your spin syntax support nested spinning. This would effectively allow me to spin entire sentences and paragraphs beyond the line by line one word/phrase swap outs of basic syntax that I have seen in your examples.

9. Can you include ebay/amazon in the content header/footer mixing part of the site? I can the impression the modules run independant of that part of the program. So I am not clear if there is a way to to do that.

10. Is there any support for datafeed import, or csv upload of various funtions like for example the seo keyword profiles section.

11. When the scraping takes place, I am assuming it takes place from my site IP address. Is there any way to have the queries pass through a proxy? I can imagin that if I was accessing some site 5 times a day for content, they would notice it in their logs and potentially trace it back to my site and complain about unauthorized use of their content.

12. Can there be a way to add mispells to the existing tags when posting. Eg. I want title to tags, then I want each of those tags to have 1-3 variations of mispells using typical mispell generator.

You got my attention. Few questions.

1. Do you support WP 3.0 and MU?

Hola, MU I'm not certain about, but I believe the structure is pretty similiar so it might behave just the same way with 3.0. I already have it working with 3.0's multisite:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHd3YrEZD58

2. Is there any possibility in the future to integrate TBS via their API directly into this? I know you currently have something similar, but as you have stated yourself, not as good. :)

Sure, this is definitely possible. It could happen sooner than later (1-2 weeks). I'm swamped with development goals.

Possible?

This is a really interesting idea, I hadn't thought about that. Right now there is an option to strip links, leaving anchor text, but not to convert it into tag searches, or turn anchor texts into tags, or do both at the same time. I think this would be a good feature to add in next week ahead of schedule.

Question, should it be globably applied to all campaigns created under blogsense, or leave the option to toggle the affects per campaign?

4. The licensing is for personal use of how ever many blogs I got right? So if I setup 50 blogs using blogsense I am covered with my $95 lifetime license correct?

Exactamundo. But if you intend to flip your blogs the license and software cannot go with them. For that single site licenses are sold.

5. Will this work ok with other WP plugins like the Ultimate SEO plugin, or W3 Total Cache?

I believe there is no conflict with these.

6. When will you have support for Amazon ca fr and uk?

Already support uk, but the amazon module is the module that requires the most upkeep because it's purely scraped based. If I add in the others it will be after all other major development plans have been accomplished.

8. Can your spin syntax support nested spinning. This would effectively allow me to spin entire sentences and paragraphs beyond the line by line one word/phrase swap outs of basic syntax that I have seen in your examples.

Yes--supports infinite level spinning

9. Can you include ebay/amazon in the content header/footer mixing part of the site? I can the impression the modules run independant of that part of the program. So I am not clear if there is a way to to do that.

No there is no way to mix amazon or ebay products into other campaigns, although you could use custom ad scripts provided by Amazon and Ebay, and add those to footer profiles, and attach footer profiles to campaigns

Alternatively WP Robot is very good at this and the two softwares have no trouble working together.

10. Is there any support for datafeed import, or csv upload of various funtions like for example the seo keyword profiles section.

Ney, but there needs to be an improvement on this level. I'd say 2 months away from seeing improvements of this nature, with other good improvements leading the way.

No, no site wide proxy support yet. Maybe in the distant future. Its rare that this type of cloaking is needed to run a successful autoblog so its not a pressing issue as luring as it sounds.

12. Can there be a way to add mispells to the existing tags when posting. Eg. I want title to tags, then I want each of those tags to have 1-3 variations of mispells using typical mispell generator.

Maybe in the future. It would make a good feature request for considering.

This looks like an bloody awesome package with excellent support too. I cant believe I missed this thread. I'll be placing an order later today. Thank you.

Hola, MU I'm not certain about, but I believe the structure is pretty similiar so it might behave just the same way with 3.0. I already have it working with 3.0's multisite:

MU basically takes a skeleton install and reinstalls it into a subdomain for multiple users. If you can look into it and make sure it's compatible that would be great.

It would need to be per campaign. Going further into your documentation, I think this might be accomplished by a little more complex search/replace function. Setting it to the tags would be depend on what kind of permalinking the site was set to also.

Exactamundo. But if you intend to flip your blogs the license and software cannot go with them. For that single site licenses are sold.

Ok no problem there. I'm an owner not a flipper.

Alright fair enough.

Drat.. ok.

This would save a lot of extra work.

I have to say I am impressed with what I see so far. You seem to be pretty proactive in making it better too.
