Looking for a SEO provider for on going strategy and link building

Hello,

I run a UK based home service business. My website ranks well on GBP and organic and is only about 6 months old so still might be under the influence of sandbox.

I am a web developer /business man and have done all the website and SEO work to date, I am capable of doing it myself, I understand it well but I would like to outsource it for a reasonable price.

To date I have built links via my own PBN of around 40 sites, cheap guest posts, strong industry links, links from local organisations, directories. My Domain Ranking is 51 and have about 300 referring domains.

Im interested particulary in finding somone who is an expert in GSA Ranker and XRumer. Please personal message me with an outline of a strategy and your charges for implementing it.

is there a reason for GSA R and Xrumer in 24 ?
