They are very late in responding, 3 hours have passed and still no sound, please take this into consideration.
My last comments are that support responds very late. Their average response time is 7 hours and after the reply they said they are solving the problem, 4 hours have passed and there is still no progress. Prices are good but not worth it in my opinion.
I bought it relying on BHW reviews but the customer service response time and installation. It's been 15 hours and it still says 20 minutes later. Knowing this, if you accept this service, take it. I am not satisfied at all right now.
We have noticed that you have issued an Ubuntu 18.04 installation, unfortunately WHM/cPanel is available for Ubuntu 22.04
After installation of Ubuntu 22.04 an cPanel installation, it comes to our attention that php74 don't come in cPanel for Ubuntu 22.04 we have tried on RHEL9 and find that also php74 is not supported, we are trying now on RHEL8 and researching for information on this issue. I think it will take 2-3 years
support ticket. When I open it is 00.55 (25.08.2024) now it is 26.08.2024 16:17, there is no progress, it has features, it is fast and cheap, I want to try VPS, I do not have any experience, it is time to move my domain, my site is down for 24 hours. It was a very bad experience for me. I shared it so that you too can gain experience and not be harmed like me.
So it's a cheap VPS but it doesn't make sense if you can't use it.
