if user had a dispute resolution
maybe add a tag under his name, similar the image below.

So why would anyone try to resolve a dispute if they end up getting this tag afterwards?
Every business have an occasional dispute with clients every now and then, and automatically siding with the client is a bad idea.
This tag is extremely exploitable by competitors, past clients, and users with personal vendetta.

Unless you meant that both sides should have this tag? It's also a bad idea, but for other reasons.

srry lack of information

when ongoing dispute and the mods has checked that its all legit , the user(getting dispute) will be having that tag.
And when the dispute has been resolved the tag will be removed(maybe stay for 1-7 day if the user has been found at fault and resolved the dispute by refunding or etc).

if this tag is exploitable then banning people in this forum is probably exploitable too

I'm basing my suggestion to this.
this guy scam a lot of people, received a dispute on thursday and still scam a lot people after having a dispute for 3 days.

why am i suggesting this?
- make people aware this guy has ongoing dispute
- this probably make buyer/seller be more professional talking/dealing with their customer.
- avoid getting scam

or if this is tag is extreme to others then
Instead of deal with caution, maybe have ongoing dispute is better?

Should say "Banker Says No" lol

*like deal or no deal!

There's nothing you can really do against buyers who don't do their research. It happened more than once that a dispute turned out to be 'legit' but the fact that there's a dispute doesn't necessarily means that the seller (or the accused) is at fault.

This has been discussed before with the rest of the team. There were some concerns about the badge being added to profiles in cases where the accused is necessarily in the wrong (e.g., a dispute goes live, but it's more of a misunderstanding than a straight up scam).

We are looking at adding a "dispute open" flag after marketplace 2.0 is released.
