It's because the account you are following are on private. And more private accounts are suggested to you.

Most likely the quality of your posts have drop dropped and followers no longer find it interesting to interact with. Also, IG is giving priority to original content creators, if your account post other people's content, your reach will reduce

I don't think there is, but IG may flag all the accounts to ensure that they are not bot generated

Try and create on PC instead of phone, if it happens, maybe your IP have been banned
