Bing bans the account as soon as you start running ads. Then you have to contact customer support. Then they manually review your account including website.
This happens to me eveytime.
So it doesn't matter how compliant your site is they are manually reviewing each of them.
If you pass manual review you get to run ads.

Totally true, especially in early Aug. Bing has adopted a policy of blocking any ads, and if you feel there is a problem, you can appeal and they will review your site again.

They would rather kill 10,000 WH than forgive any BH.
