Yesterday, my account was suspended for suspicious payments. I had to use a virtual card under my name because the account isn’t registered in my name. The account has already completed the advertiser verification process, and I’ve submitted an appeal. My website appears white, even though its actual purpose is black. Is there anything else I should do to use my account smoothly? What are my chances of getting it back?

If Google caught your black account, your account will most likely not be opened anymore, cloaker setup and campaign setup are really important, "suspicious payments" are not always related to the payment method

Actually I think it can't be considered as black hat because I designed it to advertise some "professionals" who offer some kind of black services and the only way to understand what they actually offer is take a look at their photos. Because I can use white and acceptable keywords instead of black ones. The visitors can understand the actual meaning of the white keywords.
Long story short, there is always a possibility of it but I think if they don't check it as manually, it wouldn't be a problem. But I keep wondering if I can get my account back.

After two days, I received a rejection email for my appeal. It stated that my account will remain suspended. Shortly after, I received another email saying my account had been suspended due to an unpaid balance, which doesn’t exist. I noticed that the warning on my account changed from ‘suspicious payments’ to ‘unpaid balance.’ I’ve submitted another appeal, answering similar questions. In your opinion, is this a good sign?
