I have a problem.
Until now I created GAds accounts with antidetect, USA residential proxy and USA VCC.
The Suspicious Payments notice always appeared at the beginning but they almost always accepted my appeal, at least I could bear the ratio of those that were accepted to those that were not.

For a week now, the same thing has been happening but to appeal they ask me to verify the ID.

Is this a problem that is appearing now? Does the same thing happen to you? Or will it be a problem with the health of the VCC or Gmail accounts?

I have no way to start a campaign without the suspicious warning appearing asking me for my ID when before they let me appeal without problem.

Thanks in advance

A lot of people reported having the same situation that you're describing.

This is the new norms. Google has announced this several months ago, where each account suspended will have to undergo advertiser verification as a step in the appeal process.

There is nothing you can do to bypass this or prevent it other than pass the advertiser verification.

So the fix would be get a better VCC to avoid the Suspicious warning, right?

Suspicious payments its commonly happening now a days and also quality of VCC. I did faced the same thing for few of my accounts. Its not only the VCC, email and other stuffs.

It's quite common nowadays, Suspicious payments are common for prepaid accounts.

You can't really avoid the suspension in early days of setting up an account. If it's suspicious payment policy, that's normal and kinda generic and easy to recover from.

What I mean is that's the new policy of Google ads for new accounts or even old accounts. You best chance is use a driver licence to verify the account, since Google ads have troubles verifying with Passports these days.

Advertiser verification is not related to what VCC you use. Google will slowly roll out advertiser verification for ALL Ads account like Bing DID. there is no way around. Verify now or later.

First they made optional , then mandatory for few % , then for accounts which are suspended and you try appeal , Next in few months, in order to start advertising, they will ask to verify. ( Bing made it mandatory to do AIV before running ads , ) - you cant run ads and get 1 impression without Completing AIV

These are Google's new rules. It requires verification of the advertiser. I solved the problem by buying accounts with advertiser verification. And then I bought instructions on how to go through the verification process myself.

Maintaining the appeal
If your account has a suspicious payment before you've finished creating the campaign, your chances of success will be low, about 1%-5%

If your account is more likely to show an unpaid balance, then congratulations, you're halfway there!

How many accounts do you test per day?

Use Residential Japanese proxy, Use Japanese Yen as your currency for the account when it asks while signing up, it will let you run Video ads, not sure if it would work with Search ads too.
