Proof it started on BHW:

Contacted him on to setup cloaking for ads. Was charging $300 plus a percentage of ad spend.

Thought he was a scammer so was going to leave it but then offered to take 25% upfront and the rest when everything was setup. So thought we'd give it a shot.



Anyway he didn't deliver. Not bothered about the $75 but wanted to let other BHW people know in case he tries to scam others for more money.

Here's us letting him no we are reporting on BHW. And him confirming he scammed us.

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

That's because I copied this canned response from another dispute and didn't notice that edit at the bottom.

that guy wont reply , cuz he already scammed me of 1.3k$ from his old account, he created the same account , on the same data, when he got ban from his previous account , on dispute with me !
