I can only guess but it sound like cheap spammed VPN or you (or the person who claims that was banned due to VPN) did something wrong .. like using different locations everytime or your VPN lack dedicated IP option.
Needless to say that if you are using VPN then USA locations should be avoided.

I recommend you to buy phones, or atleast one, use the sim card of the country that you want to target and voila... idk if you're doing tiktok for the creativity program or just the passion, anyways this is how Tiktok works. DO NOT USE VPN OR PROXY !!!

You use Firefox or DHB tool to manage your account, you can still manage more than 100 accounts, but pay attention to the network IP, sometimes you get scammed due to the network IP.

You can try using 20+ different phones ) that's the safest way or you can use phone emulator software on your computer and separate them into 20+ different phone emulators for you to manage. That way is also quite effective. Good luck

Yo ! never use tiktok on pc / laptop ! from my experience all my accounts got suspended after some time, if you still want to use laptop, download blustacks emulator and run tiktok there, warm up your account 2h per day, 2 days period minimum, sometimes tiktok won't let you follow people even warming your account but that's not a problem you will still get views as a normal warmed account. BTW there's no such shadowban in my experience if your content only getting 300 views you deserve it !

Buy multiple phones for your accounts or just save the budget and use mobile antidetect. apps like tiktok work great on cloud phones, but don't bother with Android simulators—they're not the same
