On phones, you should use a separate SIM card for each network, and on computers, use a different proxy for each account.

Try to get as many phones with sim as possible
so you suggest different phones + different SIM cards?
what if I use different SIM cards with hotspot and then use an antidetect browser from a PC to create new accounts? or better to do everything from a phone?

I can only guess but it sound like cheap spammed VPN or you (or the person who claims that was banned due to VPN) did something wrong .. like using different locations everytime or your VPN lack dedicated IP option.
Needless to say that if you are using VPN then USA locations should be avoided.
