This is a question I've been thinking about for a long time, but I still can't make an answer to it

I'm going to buy a plot of land with my best friend because someone else suggested I use the money I bought the car to invest, but haven't figured out how to do it

When my girlfriend found out, she thought I would not be able to do it, she just wanted to live a peaceful life and I wanted to make more money and give her a perfect wedding with the biggest diamond ring ever!

If you are managing the same household, you should make these decisions together. You can't just buy land and drop it on her after the fact.

Even if peaceful life if not your goal, you have to think about who you want to share your life with. I'd be happier living with my family in a tent than living in a mansion without them.

Yes, only then you've got the luxury car, the mansion and the money, but you can't get back the woman who once truly loved you so much she didn't care about your money, she only cared about you as a person, and all you can do is paralyze yourself with a life of luxury.

Career, ofc. If you're satisfied with your career progress and you feel comfortable financially, you'll naturally be less stressed/anxious and happier. And that will, in turn, pave the way to success in other areas of your life like love and sex

that is why
to her (and me without more context), this sounds like an impulsive decision.
Buying a house is a big decision, especially if it is a first house.
Typically, you usually buy it alone or with your other half, not best friend.
You share rent with your best friend, not house deed.

Chasing women isn't something I look forward.

But yes, would be great to have someone special to share my life with.

One should balance things IMO.

No need to think in terms of binaries.
