Ad account disabled

If you have further details on it (like they sent you an email regarding the restriction), you can appeal the whole thing. Chances are decent to get it back, but how long it takes might vary.

Currently Facebook scans a lot and many account be rejected. Maybe you can contact support facebook to help you find the reason

This is the mail I have received on the date of restriction:

It also states on the bottom of the mail that I have the right to refer their decision to a certified dispute body, but for now I will try as suggested by the support guy and use my personal profile for the ads. If this thing happens again, then I will take some more serious actions against them. Either way my daily budget is quite low so it is not a big deal.

I have a lot of clients coming from Facebook/Instagram Ads which I don't want to lose. Any ideas how I can fix this? The only thing that came to my mind is to use someone else's profile to run the ads.
Just contact Facebook support. If you can't recover the account unfortunately you'll have to ditch the account.

usually they will notify you after 48 hours, i think you should remove it and use a new account instead

if you have appealed and failed then i think you should use the agency advertising account, they have good accounts, fast support

Have you had your account back yet? If not, i think there are 2 way you can do it now. Appeal it yourself, or lose some money to hire someone else to do that. This time FB is much easier in appealing things. Take your chance

I created the same ads from a new account, which got suspended shortly after as well. I appealed, they reactivated the account but got the ad creative rejected. This thing happened 2 times (the suspension, appeal and rejection), until I changed the text on the ad and all got approved and now running.

So basically Meta's algorithm would rather directly suspend your account than just reject your ads and if you don't appeal within a few hours, chances to recover your account are low.

Please resist and contact Facebook support for further assistance.

You can send a request to fb support to appeal

Okay guys, I finally managed to reach live support, after several attempts. I gave them the information they needed, they checked and told me that an appeal has been made and already reviewed and they have decided that this is their final decision.

However, when I asked the support guy about what I should do if I ever decide to advertise the same business, he told me that I can use my personal account to create a new Ad account and run my ads from there. Hope this will answer some other people's concerns here.
I recommend you to have spare ad accounts available.

Using other's profile is an another option but make sure that new profile complies with Facebook policies as well. I'd suggest you to rent ageing facebook accounts for running ads without any hustle.

Usually it takes around from 2 days to 4 days for them to go through the review process. They tell you when you sent in appeal.
You can try appealing as long as they let you but the disabled process is being a pain lately.

for continuing the business, I suggest you open another account or better yet rent one. Its better to have extra support from renting agencies.
I use exiscale personally. Check it out if you're interested.

You can buy accounts created 2-3 years ago, these accounts will be stronger and limit the possibility of ad accounts being disabled.
