If you have further details on it (like they sent you an email regarding the restriction), you can appeal the whole thing. Chances are decent to get it back, but how long it takes might vary.

Tenho muitos clientes vindos do Facebook/Instagram Ads que não quero perder. Alguma ideia de como posso consertar isso? A única coisa que me veio à mente é usar o perfil de outra pessoa para executar os anúncios.
Just contact Facebook support. If you can't recover the account unfortunately you'll have to ditch the account.Just logged in to see that my ad account has been disabled. Here is the message:

I recommend you to have spare ad accounts available.Okay guys, I finally managed to reach live support, after several attempts. I gave them the information they needed, they checked and told me that an appeal has been made and already reviewed and they have decided that this is their final decision.
However, when I asked the support guy about what I should do if I ever decide to advertise the same business, he told me that I can use my personal account to create a new Ad account and run my ads from there. Hope this will answer some other people's concerns here.
Using other's profile is an another option but make sure that new profile complies with Facebook policies as well. I'd suggest you to rent ageing facebook accounts for running ads without any hustle.Just logged in to see that my ad account has been disabled. Here is the message:

You can buy accounts created 2-3 years ago, these accounts will be stronger and limit the possibility of ad accounts being disabled.Just logged in to see that my ad account has been disabled. Here is the message:
