Ad account disabled
Your ad account didn’t comply with our Advertising Policies or other standards. If you believe your account shouldn’t be disabled, you can request a review.

I requested a review, uploaded a selfie but nothing happened. My ads are 100% legal, been running for more than 8 months without a single issue.

I have a lot of clients coming from Facebook/Instagram Ads which I don't want to lose. Any ideas how I can fix this? The only thing that came to my mind is to use someone else's profile to run the ads.

If you haven't appealed yet, you can hire someone to appeal, because they have a way to get it back faster

You can use someone else's profile, but I think you should use an agent's account, they will support you very well, and fix problems for you quickly.

Go ahead and try to appeal.

If it doesn't work, have to find another account.

There's nothing better to do.

Have you sent a complaint to Facebook support yet?

You should contact meta customer care and submit your account opening request and issue so they can assist you.

This time the photo upload is not available

Asked about restriction reason ?

Ask who? I can't find any human-driven action from their side so far..

Here is what I did:

Went to Support page - https://facebook.com/business/help/support

Clicked 'Contact support', then chose the issue (it was present):

When I click 'Go to Business Support Home', it redirects me to this page:

So basically nowhere appears a live support option or anything..

Escalate to support email, email them and ask them to help you resolve it. You will get a resolution faster that way.

Okay guys, I finally managed to reach live support, after several attempts. I gave them the information they needed, they checked and told me that an appeal has been made and already reviewed and they have decided that this is their final decision.

However, when I asked the support guy about what I should do if I ever decide to advertise the same business, he told me that I can use my personal account to create a new Ad account and run my ads from there. Hope this will answer some other people's concerns here.

Because Facebook uses AI to scan accounts, there may be errors. You have sent a request but it was not accepted, then you most likely have to change to a new account.

If your account has full owner information, the successful appeal rate is 90%. you should wait for the decision from meta. If the appeal is unsuccessful, the return rate is very difficult and possibly permanent, however in some cases at the time Facebook updates there will be an error and you may be released.

Sometimes, accounts are banned due to Facebook's mistake. You should continue to appeal and use a few more appeal accounts to submit an appeal request.

You should hire an account manager, this will be better and the account rate will be high.

During this time, Facebook scans a lot, even if your account does not violate the policy. In this case, I advise you to ask an expert, they have a way to appeal to get your account back.

If it is important please continue to appeal and contact facebook support
